Testimonial from an ecstatic supporter

“The Mareeba United Football Club approached David to assist us in completing a State Government grant for lights on our second field. This project was a dream for the Club’s committee for over 10 years. To be advised we had been successful in obtaining the grant was a fantastic feeling and we owe that to David. Lighting up field 2 provides the Club many more opportunities to host night time games for all age divisions. Most recently our first ever Junior Girls team, played their Grand Final the night the lights were turned on. The smiles on their faces were wonderful. Thank you Dave and I have no hesitation in recommending your services.”

The Toowoomba Clay Target Club is a non for profit sporting club that exists primarily to provide modern, up to date facilities and equipment to the people of Toowoomba and district and visitors to the club for the enjoyment of clay target sports.

As such, the club is from time to time, eligible for Government grants specifically made available to sporting clubs. The grants need to be applied for and are subject to selection criteria and are also keenly contested by other clubs.

The Toowoomba Clay Target Club is run by a committee of volunteers, who often lack the experience and knowledge to successfully apply for the available grants.

We have used David McMahon from (Sportgrants.com.au) to professionally write up our grant applications on more than one occasion and are very happy with the results he has achieved for us.

We have been able to refurbish 3 of our trap houses and install new traps with grant money obtained with David’s assistance. The improvements have recently enabled the club to successfully run State level competitions here in Queensland.

The Burdekin Clay Target Club Queensland, approached David from SportGrants.com.au to write a grant application on our behalf as we were in the process of developing a new club facility. We felt that a professionally prepared application gave us the best chance of success in our application. The grant funding application was for two target throwing machines to a value of $31000.

The club was required to supply some basic information about the clubs legal status, land tenure and a costing of the project. SportGrants.com.au then developed and submitted the application on behalf of the club with minimal further input required. The club was successful in its application and the machines have been purchased and installed with all paperwork now completed to the department’s satisfaction.

I am certainly very pleased to be able to endorse David’s professionalism and how easy he made the process for me personally.

Diggers FC have had several successful Grant Applications with David McMahon (from SportGrants.com.au).  David has always communicated very well with with our committee and works with our volunteer members to make sure we work together to reach deadlines and supply all required information for the best possible benefit to our club.
